Welcome to my very first blog post that signifies the official launch of my personal brand, Latoya Baldwin! Throughout my career as a busy HR leader, and my experiences as a single mom, I have gained inspiration and knowledge from powerful women all over the world. I decided to carve out space for myself and other women with this blog to continue inspiring and uplifting others as so many have done for me.

I’ll admit that I don’t have it all figured out yet – there is always more to learn! But I have a passion for serving others and this blog will help me to do exactly that. I am excited to share my journey as I am leveling up in my career, building wealth, and consciously raising my daughter, Taylor Grace. As a mom, it’s important that I build my business with my daughter. She is my “why” and will be featured here often. Ready for a big dose of cuteness?
